Policies

• Cleaning fee is an additional charge of $150 per booking

• Must be 18 or older to rent

• Parties are not permitted

• No pets

• No smoking of any kind

• No open flames

• Reservations show as pending until the $300 deposit is received.

• Once availability is confirmed, the reservation will be held for 2 weeks for deposit processing.  If a deposit is not received after 2 weeks, the booking will be released and available to others.

• A refund of the deposit is available if cancellation is made 60 days in advance of your scheduled stay, otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable. The non-refundable balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.

Check In:  2:00 p.m.

• Door code entry through back patio. Provided the day prior to your arrival.

• Unloading/Loading your supplies is convenient by opening the craft area door.  During the hot Summer months, it's recommended to have supplies at the door prior to opening so the door can be closed shortly after loading in.

• The Wi-Fi login is posted on the small wooden houses in several locations

Check Out: 12:00 p.m.

• Place used linens in the laundry room baskets

• Take all trash out to the outside receptacles

• Remove food from the refrigerator

• Remove used coffee grounds and place glass pot in the dishwasher

• Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start

• Turn off all inside lighting

• Set thermostat on 75 in the Summer and 60 in the Winter

• Ensure all doors are locked when you leave
