Overnight Rates

Five rooms with 6 twin beds, 1 double bed, 1 queen bed and 1 twin sleeper sofa.  Sleeps 8, but can accommodate up to 10 (twin sleeper sofa and queen bed sharing).

All rates are group rates, taxes included.  Maximum of 10 people for overnight stays.

3 Nights - $750 

4 Nights -  $980

5 Nights -  $1200

6 Nights -  $1400

More than 6 Nights - Contact and request a quote.

*Minimum 3 night stay.

**Cleaning Fee $150.  **Cleaning fee is an additional charge per booking.

***Deposit of $300 is required on all bookings within 2 weeks after reserving to hold dates.  Payment in full is required 30 days prior to your stay.

****Payment instructions will be provided at time of booking and can be made using a Check, PayPal or Venmo.
